Inspection / Reports

An investigation inspection can assist you in identifying or finding a solution to problems in and around your home. Whether it is a leaking roof, cracks in the walls or squeaky floors, a FHI Investigation Inspection is a reasonable first step to help determine the right way to address the problem.
It may even be that you are not happy with the tiling work in your new bathroom or the workmanship of a recent renovation. An investigation inspection will simply describe the issues and suggest rectification solutions or further investigation.

What Does the Report Provide?

A FHI Investigation / Problem Property Inspection report is a professional and independent document completed in accordance with the NCC and Australian Standards.
Our qualified building inspector will assess the problem in order to identify the cause and suggest how to repair the problem and / or the next steps involved to rectify the issue. The report will describe any problems and possible solutions in easy-to-understand language and where possible will contain photos of notable items to show what problems exist.
